About

Playoff Kev

Playoff Kev is a Philadelphia-based hip-hop artist who built his catalog the same way he built everything else — on his own terms. No label, no formula, no chasing what's trending. That "I Don't Follow Rules" mentality isn't a slogan tacked onto the music; it's the actual process behind it.

The sound moves between street records and melodic, feature-driven tracks, but the throughline stays the same: ambition, loyalty, and building something that lasts longer than a moment. Two albums in — Planet Red (2022) and Where the Bathroom At (2023) — plus a steady run of singles, and most recently the MonstaVille EP (2026), a collaboration with Frankie Kostner.

Along the way he's linked up with artists including Suirad Franklin, 610 Charm, Benny The Jet, BigSteppa Khi, and Pa94 — collaborators, not features for the sake of a feature.
